We have endeavoured to keep our terms
and conditions as simple as possible.
PURCHASES
– all of our merchandise can be bought over the internet or by
telephone. For ease and convenience you will find an order form at the bottom
of each page. Simply pay by a recognised credit or debit card for immediate
despatch. If you prefer to pay by cheque, post it with your order form to
Jane’s, 11 The Strand Torquay TQ1 2AA.
POSTAGE
– FREE when you buy. There is, however, a £5 charge per garment
for all UK deliveries when initially despatched to you. If you decided to keep
your purchase, the postal charge will be refunded. All our orders are sent out
by special delivery and will arrive the next working day, for which a signature
is required. Returns are at the cost and the responsibility of the customer. we
recommend special delivery, which provides insurance at a minimal cost.
DESPATCH
– Once cleared payment has been received your order will be despatched
immediately. Should your size or colour be temporarily unavailable you will be
informed without delay.
EXCHANGES
– if for any reason you wish to exchange any item (i.e. size, colour or fit
is not to your satisfaction), simply contact us for a ‘Returns number’.
RETURNS
– if you wish to return an item for whatever reason telephone
01803 200305 at which time you will be issued with a Returns number.
This number must always be marked clearly on the outside of your return
package. Returns can only be made within 5 days from the date of
receipt. After 5 days there can be no refunds or exchanges.
CONDITION OF
RETURNS – exchanges or returns must be in original condition with
the tags and labels attached. Returned merchandise will not be accepted
with marks or odour of any kind, i.e. stains, make up, smoke or perfume
odour or any factor which renders the garment not in the condition in which it
was despatched. A glossary of terms will be enclosed with your purchase.
REFUNDS
– any refunds which are made under our terms and conditions will be
paid immediately according to your method of payment.
